For the very first time in the history of boycotts, economic pressure can now be placed on those directly responsible for the largest slaughter of marine mammals on the planet. You now have the power to communicate with small businesses in the sealing towns of Atlantic Canada directly responsible for massive environmental devastation! The persons/businesses you are emailing may have never been in the killing fields and may wonder why they are being targeted. The people we are targeting are not innocent. They have supported relatives, friends and neighbors in these crimes against nature!

YOU ARE NEEDED TO MAKE THIS BOYCOTT A REALITY! Please write one very important email for the lives of the seals. Be firm and polite but let the merchants in sealer towns know that you will not be supporting them until the slaughter is history. It's crucial to make small business owners understand however, that you will, once again, be visiting their provinces once the killing ends.

Included in this list are businesses throughout Atlantic Canada as well as the cities of Tromso, Oslo and Bergen, Norway. Why Norway? Norway is directly responsible for the annual bloodshed with purchases of up to 80% of all Canadian seal pelts. Norway owns the Rieber-Skinn processing plants in both Newfoundland and Tromso, Norway. These products of cruelty are widely sold throughout the country. We have also chosen the cities of Bergen and Oslo for their large scale support of the seal hunt by selling products made from Canadian seal pelts. Please make sure that your messages to Bergen and Oslo businesses mentions the sale (not processing) of Canadian seal products.

A letter as simple as: “My family and I won't be visiting Atlantic Canada (and/or Norway) until the Canadian seal slaughter and the sale of its cruel products ends, but look forward to spending our tourist dollars with you once the killing is history” gets the point across effectively. You may receive replies from some of the individuals you contact. Overwhelmingly, they will make excuses for their region's behavior, however, we all know there is never any excuse to justify murder! Please take a few minutes out of your day and let the provinces and cities below know that the seal hunt is truly a stain on their characters!
